Trident sells a tool for doing just that. Or, you could go to your = local harware store and make one. Just fine the female threaded fitting = that fits your hose, put it on a 5-6 inch long pipe the same size as the = fitting and weld a T handle on it! Slide your hose protector on the = pipe, then screw the hose on the pipe and pull. ---Harrison ---------- From: Scott &/or Julie Gudmundsen[SMTP:gudmund@si*.co*] Sent: Monday, April 05, 1999 5:00 PM To: techdiver list Subject: Hose Protectors <<File: ATT00000.html>> What's the easiest way to get a hose protector onto your hoses? =20 I've sweated and cussed and am sure that all the bending and pressure = that I'm applying to the hose to get the protectors on, is more abuse = than the hose would be subjected to than if I simply didn't install the = dang things!
