The SL6's also have a nasty habit of turning off at depth, apparently due to distortion of the (rectangular) housing by water pressure. I've had this happen to me a couple of times. UK's response was that they were aware of the problem and that SL4's make better back-ups. C'est la vie. I now use Mr Miller's back-ups for wreck penetration and cave (that's *both* of my cave dives... heh) and save the UK's for dickin' around on reefs. Tony And Barry's light's look sexier, too. >I also am compeled to quote Tomsits >"If you cant afford the gear then you should not be doing the dive" > >Hell I have one of Barrys old can lights 3 latch, al.bulb socket. >---------------------IT AINT FER SALE---------------------------- > >A while back George posted an Equipment list? the one of companies and the >products that were Made Right the first time. > > >Ted Cole brought a Real Good one to my attention. >The back up regulator.
