Of course they are OEM'ed, but I have not seen any other American 
distributor. They are Italian made so I will bet they are distributed in 
Europe under different labels. I have several of these valves and, except 
for the fact that the DIN's are angled, they are very nice valves and can 
vouch for them. Plus they sell for a realistic price.
