--------- Forwarded Message --------- All, I have been asking myself a question while reading the information on Dr.Henry W. Kendall's death. I apologize if it has been mentioned before on the list; Did the late Dr. Kendall have any experience with diving CCR's in general and the Cis-Lunar Mk5-P in particular? because: -If he DID dive the Mk-5P before, he would have done all the necessary pre-dive checks etc.., right? Still, he shouldn't have dove on his own :-( -If he DIDN'T dive the Mk-5P before, how in hell could anyone let him dive such a complicated rebreather unguarded and unaccompanied? I also remember something was stated (I believe Richard Pyle said it, or it could have been mentioned on the Wakulla 2 website) about only divers OWNING a MK-5P being allowed to dive it during the expedition? Anyone have a clue on this one? rgrds --- Adri KC Haine http://www.kbc.be ahaine@ce*.be*(work) darkangel@en*.co*(play) "The fair breeze blew, the foam flew, the furrow followed free We were the first that ever burst into that silent sea" Samuel Taylor Coleridge (1798-1834) --------- End Forwarded Message --------- __________________________________________________________________ Get your own free England E-mail address at http://www.england.com -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
