I currently have twins with my long hose off the left hand side. Admitedly this is due to the fact that my secondary reg is right hand only (mares mr16-voltrex), and my main reg is universal (poseidon jetstream). I am still a beginner with twins, with only about 10 twinned dives, and I am purchasing a second universal reg (poseidon jetstream or cyclon) in a couple of months, reconfiguring my kit (again) after that. Even with this I do currently have a Custom-Divers valve protector (protection for wrecks, and with the possibility of inverting my tanks). What is the general view on configuration like this? I have read many of the DIR type configuration documents and am working towards these sort of ideas (slowly ~ money permitting).
