I see the peanut gallery representing the uninformed, uninitiated, and
the just plain dangerously and congenitally stupid continues its jhiad
against the WKPP. 

  Hear this: we made the right decison four years ago. The usdct
"project" with all of its special self-serving interests has done more
to set back cave and scientific diving and more to potentially ruin
everything we have worked so hard for than we ever imagined. It
accomplished absolutely nothing. It was a complete and total failure and
a disaster. It was a self-indulgent exercise in personal preference,
ignorance, stupidity, and self-aggrandizing , money grubbing, lying
fruadulent disgraceful deceit and blatant disregard for everything we
stand for.

  You know what I know , you make the decisions I make. You don't know?
Then take a seat and shut up. And guess what? I do not need to make
these decisons alone anymore - I have 159 people who make those same
decisons armed with the same information, and we will continue to do
what is right with complete and total contempt for the oppostie, with
extreme prejudice, in all situations, no matter where we are operating.
PERIOD.

  Don't like to hear that? Tough luck. My day of arguing is long past.
