Both Poseidon and Global Mfg. have overpressure valves in their lines.  These
valves are set to relieve at less than 200psi and have 3/8" threads to fit in
the standard low pressure ports of your regulator.  If your local dive shop is
technically oriented they should have them for sale.  If not, they can get
them for you.
