The name of the agency is TSA ( Trimix Scuba Association). It's run from a guy
called Claudio Corti, but I doubt you'll find them outside Italy.

Hopefully they will not last long here too: none of the technical agencies here
in Italy (PSA, TDI, IANDT, ANDI) are going to recognize any TSA program or
student. This won't help to bring new student, and hopefully prevent somebody
from getting hurt.
