I don't get that last bit about 'hoovered' but I think that the primary choice in Scandinavia is Apeks (TX50) which is good and rarely freezes up. The Apeks' only bad point is that it uses a 1/2" primary regulator port which means that hose interchangeability sufffers. However, most people blind this port and use one of the 3/4" ports as their primary (without a decrease in performance).
