Netscape and IE will both do it.  Just set up in your message filter to have all
the request sent strait to the unsent message folder.  You browser will send
them out automatically at what ever intervals you have established.  You can
also use these features to remove spams to the trash bin without seeing them.
Simply filter all messages that do NOT have your account name or the names of
the list you are on in the TO or CC lines to the trash.  This can also be used
to separate list mail from private mail reducing the chance of your significant
other forwarding private stuff to the list.
