I had the same problem.  I tried moving the wings (Seatec) up;
I even added two new grommets near the bottom of the wings and
finally fixed the problem by adding a lead weight to the bottom
of one of the tanks.  I hate the idea of adding weight when I
don't need it, but I could find no other way to solve the trim
problem.
