Along with Jim's wise words, and some of  manuel's sentiment, remember
one other thing (as well as the fact it's you're arse). You can pay for
training, but qualifications are earned. If the instructor is willing to
sell you a qualification, then fell free to punch the guy, publish his
name, and run like hell.
