Ummm, yes indeed, and it is obvious that I was in brain dead mode last
night because I should know this as well as anyone. And then some other
idiot (privately) sent me something today which forced me to physically
pull the pin on the computer, which lost me a lot of mail, both read and
unread. Jeff's (read) mail was the only one that remained, I know not
why or how.

So, apologies to the list, without reservation, it was an entirely
stupid act on my part.

I will post it on the company web page, it will be up within 18 hours
