Would you please provide a simple yes or no answer or better yet a lengthy
explanation to the following questions:

1. Was John Vanderleest on open or closed circuit during his most recent and
last dive?

2. Did the second team of Kakuk et al. during their excursion to the "D"
tunnel junction employ open or closed circuit?

3. Is Bill Stone aware that his description of and believed location of "D"
tunnel may be completely incorrect?

4. Was the MRI to be performed on John Vanderleest on his knee or on his
brain?

5. Will recompression treatments of divers suffering from possible DCS
symptoms be performed on site at Wakulla Springs?

6. Will USDCT divers being recompressed on site have a hyperbaric physician
in attendance during the procedure?
