There is a new first stage just released in Europe from Scubapro called  MK18. 
I
have always felt that scubapro makes superior regs but in my experience they do
not work well in cold water. The other firststages from Scubapro have been
piston
regulators but this new one is not and Scubapro promises very good cold water
performance. I have some friends that have tested it together with a G500 second
stage and they claim it worked very good though they have only had the time to
do
very few dives with it.   Have anybody on this list used this new reg for cold
water diving? How is the performance compared to the mk20?  By the way witch
second stage is best?  The G250 or the G500?  Any help on this would bee
appreciated.
