George you don't haven't a clue.
As the length of the deco progresses it certainly makes a
great deal of difference whether you are using 100% or strokemix.
The difference is the beating that your body is taking.
Again, this is a function of the length of the deco.
If your decos are very short, then in your case it may not
matter. However, in the general case your statement is just plain wrong.
