All I am pointing out is that IANTD does not require you to use a colored reg on your O2 or your highest FO2 as some people are implying. What the standards are implying is that any reg used for high O2 mixures be marked in some way showing that they are cleaned for O2 service. No were have I seen anything implying that you must have a green reg or any other marking in that case on you highest FO2 gas- O2,EANx 80,70,60,50, in order to show with mix contains the highest FO2. IT IS INTENDED FOR ANY REG USED FOR GASES REQUIRING O2 SERVICE RATING, so not to mix them with none O2 cleaned regs. If your regs are all cleaned for O2 service that is great. But not everyones entire batch or reg is. Like you said, this is'nt rocket science. John -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
