this is very true

but an even more important goal is to educate the right way. ending the
outdated and bad practices is a even more desirable goal. after that we need
to weed out the trash instructors, Janes instructor did nothing to help her
yet he did tons to kill her. this is what keeps being preached - do it right.
but as with religion most folks just do not want to listen or change. it is
time to wake up
