Try again...he reccommends unbalanced regs as BACKUPs to decrease air flow in
the event of a failure...and to decrease the chance OF a failure.

He also reccommends lowering the IP of the first stage to decrease the chance
of IP creap via a HP seat taking a cut from higher IP setting.  The difference
between High and Low IP is hardly measureable , and the decreased chance of
reg failure worth it.
