Simpleminded question,

What would the correct wing size (lift capacity) for diving a manifolded set
of 2 x 15 L steel tanks (with neutral or sligtly boyant stages)?
(Think aloud: Essentially you could get by with very little lift capacity,
but should one take into account that tank/valve o-rings could rupture and
cause total flooding of one of the tanks (if both tanks flood you would
obviously ditch the set) and therefore accomodate for extra 15 kg of lift.)

The reason for asking is if I should purchase a new wing or can get by with
my existing 45 lb  wing?
