I was a dealer for them through 1997, but I found that the product was not so popular, primarily due to cost. Also, the delivery time was rather long. I had heard that others experienced delivery problems, as well as failures, but I had not heard of outright fraud like you describe. Mr. Raftis strikes me as a stand-up guy. Therefore, if you were pursuing the company in England and do not have the Cyprus contact information, I suggest that you contact him in Cyprus. This means that if you buy it and it doesn't work, I will repair it, replace it, or buy it back! By the way $3,000 is a super price (if the unit had worked). Dealer cost was substantially higher than this. I thought the end user price was $4,600, so I was offering the unit I have remaining for $4,000. I will entertain offers however. Sincerely, C.
