As you say its reported already or gone over all the time on this list. I'm interested in what happens *after* the incident has already occurred. The response to the incident is something different and discusssions about it are much less evolved than what has evolved from discussing good diving practices that prevent incidents. As far as support crew actions go, anyone can just fill them in anywhere in the post. Put in as much as you like. I included only basic info so that it would be easy to respond.
