I definitely can't fit a set of neoprene socks over my dry suit?  Maybe
it would work for wet suit or warm water divers but probably not for a
cold water dry suit diver.

	Gentlemen,
	How about cutting the toes off of a pair of neoprene socks.
	Before putting on your fins, pull the sock (now toeless) half
way up your shin. After putting the fins on, pull the sock over the
buckles to cover up all snagging points. Seems to me that it would work
for any fins.
