How did he get a link in the WKPP website? What did he do for George and
the WKPP? Is he better on his knees than Monica Lewinsky? I haven't
checked out his scuba website, I don't know what he sells there or care,
but his store is the biggest supplier of stroke gear. Raimo sold my
buddy most of his stroke gear before we knew any better. He's the
biggest ripoff in New York! Everything in his store are over priced,
including fills. The fill charges that was discussed on the list are
nothing compared to what Raimo charges. The only reason why we keep
coming back for fills is that he's the only one in the area that gives a
pretty good overfill. He also charges his customers for services that
wasn't performed.
Fact: My buddy brought in a regulator for its annual servicing, When he
got it back it looked like it wasn't even touched. My buddy decided to
take the regulator apart to take a look, as it turned out it wasn't
serviced.
He has an instructor working for him who is a proponent of replacing
BC inflator valve fitting with a customized high volume fitting "so you
can stop on a dime during your descend".
I stopped buying anything from him except tank fills, but now I'm
starting to hear rumors about some of his customer's tanks getting
condemned during VIP after only having it filled at Scuba Depot. I hope
they're just rumors for I fear for my tanks!
