I have taken OMS and Dive Rite Superwings to 300' and they both lifted
>100 lbs. with the bungees/stays tightened down a little more than how they
were bought with no adjustments to the exhaust valve.  Water temp was 49 deg.
if that has any bearing.  I do believe in the DIR approach but I tested the
wings after hearing much debate on the internet.  
Have fun testing.  I recommend doing it on trimix since you will go
blind lugging that much weight on air.
