On 50 m dives, I would dive a hyperoxic mix.  The reason for this is to
reduce narcosis but if I am mixing a Trimix, then I might as well put in the
right amount of O2.  There is marginal but worthwhile benefit on deco but I
would always deco out on O2.

I would either dive on tables or bend my air computer (depending on which
gets me out fastest) once I get on to the O2.
