What credentials do I need to be able (and be legally safe) to dive with
Heliox mixtures? Does  IANTD (I checked their standards on their website
but found no mention of it) or any other training agency with affiliation
in Europe teach the use of Heliox or do they just make it  part of the
Trimix course?
