O really? Why not? the FDA works for us and basically have two requirements
before you sell it (1) It's safe (2) It works. In that order. Why can't you

Here's the scoop: 

EXCERCISE IS GOOD
DRUGS* ARE BAD

Real simple isn't it? And whether you call *lysine 1000mg or *pantothenic
acid 100mg or *ornithine 1000mg a "supplement", a "vitamin" or an
"enhancer" doesn't matter. You are promoting the use of these substances as
DRUGS. And when you make claims like "releases growth hormone" or "surges
testosterone" you are promoting the use of an unlicensed and unregulated
drug. The fact that the drug is not an opiate or another controlled
substance is immaterial. You are a pusher.
