As the Distributor for DECOM I can respond to the above questions.
1. MSDOS (3.1 and up), runs under Windoze. Unix, Mac, Windoze 95 "soon".
2. $69.95 (s&h is b.s)
3. Buhlman 16
4. Air, Nitrox, Trimix and Heliox. Limits are self imposed, tables are an=
=20
artificial construct designed to try and present information on something=
=20
we don't truly understand. Used to 450 fsw (trimix).
5. No demo, for $69.95 just but it. Ask some of our users about it.

No one bent on it so far. Our philosophy basically is to spend a few more=
=20
minutes in the water and skip that inconvenient trip to the chamber. We=20
do however accomodate O2 usage during your SIT if you want to trim the=20
conservatism down a bit. If you want to get out of the water quicker,=20
just get out, you don't need a computer simulation to "allow" you to do so.
On the other hand I think that ALL of the programs have been compared to=20
a large collection of no incidence dives with favorable results. Most=20
recently we have acquired tha data the USN is using to develop their=20
statistically based decompression algoritm and will run DECOM against all=
=20
their positive dcs incidence dives to see how close DECOM would have had=20
you to that profile.

On my way
