Paul,

It is not too hard to build a tumbler.  It can be quite inexpensive if you are
not planning to put it to hard use.  You can make the frame out of wood and
use pipes for rollers.  Try scavenging an appropriate motor and drive.  You
will want the tank to turn at about 40 to 60 RPM.  Stop by my store and I'll
give you some info I have on a home made one I built a number of years ago.
