Subject: Re: New Fill Policy
Forgive me for my ignorance, but I'd be quite curious to get a feel for the
going
rates for EAN fills from anyone who'd care to reply....

I work in a shop in Southern Florida, and I've done a cost analysis on our gas.
Even if we give it away at cost, we'd still have to charge around $6 for an 80cf
fill of 36%...I was under the impression that O2 was expensive (we pay pretty
high for ours, since it's trucked in from over 100 miles away) but if other
shops
are selling gas for between $3 and $5, I don't see how it can be THAT spendy, if
they're making any money....

I'd just be curious to see what other parts of the world charge for 80cf of 36%,
and for other blends as well....(our general rule for non-standard mixes is
divide FO2 by 2, and that's the cost in cents per cubic foot. But hearing
other's
prices, this seems WAY high!)
