Subject: SV: Cold water risk

I am currently using a DUI G400 Thinsulate underwear. That is the best
thinsulate around. But it will not bee nearly enogh in case of a complete
flood. Read my Plura post. I was the one that had the flood. I had to
sustain 10 min in the water in a completley flooded suit and i suffered
mild hypotermia. I don´t think i would have survived an aditional 10 min. I
was very avare of the risks befor hand so it did not come as a suprise.
infact i face this risk on many of the dives i do and i am fully aware of
it.
.. Double dry suits is to bulky i think. I dont want to sacrifice to much
mobility. I am bulky enogh already with all the underwear. I use several
layers over the Thinsulate. I can always chose to not dive but as long as
there is cave left i will continue my exploraton. I am trying to figure out
a way to reduce the risk but if i cant i will just have to accept the risk
as i am doing now. Thanks for your sugestions.

Regards,
Ingemar
