The list acknowledgement asks me to send an intro.  So, Hello.  I took
my OW (PADI) pool last weekend and will do OW dives next weekend.  So
far I'm excited and I want to know tons more about overheads,
equipment, gas science, current redundant systems practice, etc.

On the other hand, I've probably been in salt water twice in my life,
(I grew up inland), so I'm not completely certain I'll even like it.
Mostly I expect to be reading a bit and asking some pointed questions
for a while.
