Springer-Verlag publishes this book, and I got a copy (in German) from New Tork for about $70. They have a European web site, so you might be able to get it from there, but I don't know if it is any cheaper. The web site for New York is http://www.springer-ny.com/ The German web site is http://www.springer.de/ if you want to check it there.
