I don't have any stats, but I can tell you from personal experience that
bungeed wings are difficult to orally inflate.  One of my original dive
partners had a failure of his inflator and lost all air from the primary
bladder of his dual bladder wings.  He and I both tried to orally inflate
his second bladder and could not.  At the time we were at about 100 ffw and
I can assure you that both of us are fit enough to manually inflate a
standard BC or wings.

End result is my buddy had to crawl out of the cave.  Good thing the
configuration of the system allowed it or the situation would have been
more than a minor nuisance.
