You have a restriction in a cave.  And there is a team 
of four divers.

The divers have varying swim paces.

It takes diver one 5 min to swim the restriction
It takes diver two 10 min to swim the restriction
It takes diver three 1 min to swim the restriction
It takes diver four 2 min to swim the restriction.

However only two divers can go through the restriction
at a time and all lights have failed except one.  
Additionally they only have 17 minutes of air to get all
divers through the restriction.

The one light MUST be used to navigate the restriction
so when a dive team (of two) swims through one of the
divers must bring the light back.  The time of the slowest
diver is added for each traverse of the restriction.

Solve it so all divers get through in the 17 minute window!
