Hi Amy, welcome. You'll no doubt have a good amount of private and public
email by now as a result of your post. Believe it or not, you are amongst
friends, so stay with it, I hope you're ready for the ride!

Just like your first day at school, your first job is to prove you exist.
The seniors just hate mouthy new lads and lasses. WADR may I suggest that
from someone with a year of diving experience, a demand for "scientific
data"  on any aspect of diving may be badly received. Slow down, back up and
enjoy what you have.

questions. you'll be soundly thrashed, of course, but that's half the fun of
being a new girl and you have the big advantage that nobody expects anything
