Regarding your comments on my "parroting":  I don't dive aluminum 80's, or
steel deco tanks. 

Regarding deco tanks being irrelevant:  The "poor" choice of tanks is what
this is all about.   Clearly it wouldn't be hard to do a failed BC ascent
with either set of back tanks.   

The point is, add the extra "weight" of steel back tanks, and large,
negative steel deco tanks, and its too fucking negative.  Reduce what you
can, 
and it probably isn't.
