I was also at the same talk, as well as attending John Chatterton's presentation at the New Jersey Dive Show in Long Branch last weekend. Both of these presentations were funny, but the one at the NJ Tech Symposium was hilarious. I consider him an excellent speaker, who really gets the crowd going. I must agree on one point. The talk at the NJ Tech Symposium was lacking in _technical information_, such as dive planning like Phil mentioned. For a symposium like this, you would expect the people attending to want the technical and logistical details. For it being a _trip report_, however, it was ok (would have been better with video or underwater slides). At the NJ Dive Show, John cut out some of the funny stories, such as the stories about the Brits overflowing their nappies and their funny tank lingerie, and he showed the video that he should have showed the first time. I thought it was good. For a presentation on _The Wreck of the Lusitania_, it was good. For a presentation on _Dive Planning and Logistics of Diving the Lusitania_, it would have been inadequate. Summary: NJ Tech Symposium - a trip report, basically NJ Dive Show - video and presentation of the _Wreck of the Lusitania_. Cheers, Christina
