     I believe they mention somewhere that you can get it from a motorcycle 
     shop. Or if you are talking about the black rubber tube that covers 
     the rope, then that is nothing but fuel hose (available at any 
     automotive parts store).

According to the diagram for stage bottle rigs, where by chance do you 
get the 4" rubber tubing???
     
Also, Who can I contact for a p-valve for a drysuit?
