(They are made of gel coated fiberglass in several colors and tightly conform to your backplate for a minimal profile while still having enough space for a canister, two 30cf tanks, twin c-lungs, & plenty of other goodies. The top & bottom halves are also telescoping so you can adjust the thickness of the case according to how much stuff you need in it. They will come straight from the mould with no holes, cuts or notches so you can modify it to your exact needs. You could also use the case without a backplate as it is shaped exactly the same as one on the underside, you should order it with a little extra fiberglass in that area) The price is $20/lb from the manufacturer plus shipping (some colors will be slightly extra), I believe they will weigh around 5-6 lbs for the base and less for the top. He says he will even build them with a similar finish to the cool looking cases S.
