It looks as though I'm not the only one having difficulties with
techdiver@opal.com. I've "echo-ed" Andy's and Dave's email to me back to the
BBS here as I *do* seem to be able to get through and they cannot, but I won't
echo any more.
Who is responsible for sorting out network problems like this ??
nb I just tried Aquanaut using Mosaic and World-Wide-Web and it worked
fine for me. Then I tried using Gopher. I could 'fetch' the "Aquanuat" and
then the "Techdiver" menus up OK. However, when I tried to fetch the "Archive
by Author", "Archive by Subject" or "About the Techdiver Mailing List"
options... it just said that these directories were *empty*. Fetching "Show
new
Articles" DID work and gave me all the techdiver BBS postings back to 31
October. Is this as good as it gets ??
