Apeks is a brand from England but it's sold in the US as Zeagle.
I have been diving pure Apeks reulators for 4-5 years now, (I have 6 of them),
and they work perfectly.
Easy to breathe from, easy to service and quite cheap compared to the quality
you get.
Medium pressure for the Apeks 2nd stage is 9.2 - 9.6 bar, just in case you do
this.
A few cave divers ( the ones that count, read WKPP) use Apeks (or copies) 2nd
stages with poseidon 1st stages, and from what I understand with great success.
Apeks is a good choice.
