Hmm, I could quote here, but I won't bore the general public.

make that a *paper* TDI instructor, as you yourself have
spend endless flames emphasising - that you got your
cert by merely asking. This is Hypocrasy to an unbearable
level. We all know this had nothing to do with Palmer's death.

Great, I'm sure you will make an *excellent* OW instructor. ;)

Good, because JJ is infinitely more articulate, and while
he has a certain reserved judgemental smugness that I would expect
from the WKPP (and a presumptious, young, idealistic Vegan), he still
out-refines your ass by a mile - no question. Granted, his Vegan
beliefs pre-select more people than is
reasonable, but you still have to respect the guy. George,
I seriously suspect that JJ, like most of your team, simply
respects the fact that you are the permit holder, much more
than the fact His Holiness is the one who holds that permit.
There is very little explanation otherwise.

Yet to be seen. We're all watching your current John Henry-esque efforts
to rage against the inevitable encroachment of technology upon
your little copper mine. Like it or not, the USDCT has your ass whupped
on the technology front, and I expect that will continue until
you manage to surpass Bill Mee's (et al) '60's mentality toward Systems
Design. By all accounts (except yours, of course), their high-tech
mapper is exceeding all expectations, and with the saturation
habitat they've got in place, six, eight, ten, or even thirty
hour bottom times are entirely within reason. Face it, even *those* guys
will manage to eat your lunch when they've got 30 hours of
bottom time to expend. Your recent pleadings to the various lists
for support do nothing but back up the fact that you're running scared.

George, that wouldn't stand up in court for two seconds, which
I'm sure you'd know if you didn't have a Florida Yokel for
a lawyer.

No, they focus on you for the simple reason that, at the the end, you are
a rude prick.

People divert to you for a reason - you are a magnet for
abuse. I think the "deep air" message has gotten across
quite well, and for that, you are to be congratulated - it
was about time. But that point is obvious, here in the
late '90's, and as far as I can tell, you are just railing
against the inevitable machine.
