I couldnt swear they were blamed on TM, but thats how I remember it,
reinforced by cumulative assaults on TM & recent lack of assaults on
TDI.

which is ironic, as the assaults are all about getting the right message
understood rather than merely saying the right thing & hoping it sinks
in.
