Mike-

How to qualify for shallow mix:

1. Go to local gas supplier and purchase some helium.
2. While you are there, get some O2 as well.
3. Purchase a whip with He adapter.
4. Procure a best mix table, avoid the mixes with 02<17%
5. Fill tanks.
6. Analyze mix with O2 meter.

I hereby deem you a Normoxic Mixed Gas Diver. Please send me a check for 
$1000.
