A label is a starting place.  If its your own equipment/tanks, and you labeled
it and did the gas check, you know what the safe limits of the gas/contents
are.  If you are taking somebody elses tank, go back to square 1, start the
testing  procedure over and make sure for yourself that what you are taking is
correct.

Sounds real simple, doesn't it!!!!
