Jammer you are correct.  I mis-used the term, more in the vein
that al was using it, implying that using other than
the Wakulla-approved diving rig would be wrong.  You are
correct in pointing out that variation are very much demanded
by the philosophy.

Now let's watch people choke that down.  For the past 2 years
it has istead been insisted that no variations are permitted
without completely blowing the system.
