Been there, done that, it bored me.
Getting sued is just not the monster you guys think it is. I feel sorry
for those of you who are afraid of it. (Unless, of course, you have some
REASON to be afraid. Like, for instance, you know how fucked up your dive
boat is...)
Neither is liability, which, incidently, isn't restricted to dive boats.
I've been held liable for injuries, damages, and many other imagined
sins, and the only solution is a lawyer. A real lawyer. They restrict the
things you pay on to those where you actually screwed the pooch, and you
DESERVE to pay for those. Just ask Derrick.
