I've found out from personal experience that a Sea Tec wing, with 45 # of
lift, isn't enough with a 7 mil wetsuit and 95s.  Yeah, with _just_ the 95s
it will do the job, but you need to use most of the wing.  Add a stage or
an O2 bottle and it needs to be at max inflation to keep you near neutral.
This is _not_ a comfortable way to dive.  I even have problems keeping my
head out of the water at the surface before beginning a dive.  I'd get the
Halcyon 65# wing.  (I have.)  Use the AUL as back up, or with your DS.
